What we store

When you ask for a growth plan we store: your site URL, country, language, email, WhatsApp number, your consent to be contacted, the time of the request, where the visit came from (utm parameters of the link you arrived on), what we read from your site (title, description, headings and the first part of the text) and the plan we generated.

When you subscribe, payment details are held by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

To measure site visits we record per page: the path, the country (from the Cloudflare network) and the traffic source. No cookies, no IP address, no identifier of you.

Why we need it

To build your plan, to contact you about it on WhatsApp or email if you agreed, and to run the service if you subscribe.

Contacting you

We only contact you if you ticked the consent box on the form. Ask us to stop at any time with one reply, and we stop.

Who sees your data

Our team, and the providers we need to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), OpenAI (plan generation; it receives your site URL, what we read from it and your country, never your email or number) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Plan requests are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Subscription data is kept while your subscription runs and afterwards for as long as the law requires for financial records.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by messaging us; we answer within a few working days.
