Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 2026-11-04

This page brings together the cancellation and refund rules from our terms of service, word for word. Terms of service

Payment and automatic renewal

By adding your card you agree that your monthly subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, and is charged monthly in advance in your country's currency, at the price shown on the payment page, until you cancel. The amount and the date of the first monthly charge are shown before you confirm. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged after the one-time fee.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from your dashboard (the “Cancel subscription” link under Billing) or by messaging us. Before you confirm, we show what you will lose and ask why, then you type the confirmation word. Cancelling stops the next charge, and our work continues to the end of the paid month (or to the end of the trial, if you cancel during it). There is no commitment period.

7-day money-back guarantee

Within 7 days of your first monthly payment you can get that payment back in full: press "Get my money back" in your dashboard or message us. We stop the subscription at once and refund the same card; it usually arrives in 5 to 10 business days. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover the trial fee or later monthly payments. After a refund, publishing and the hosted blog stop and the licence to use the articles we wrote ends, so please remove them from your site. After the guarantee period, payments are not refunded, and the promises below protect you.

Our promises

First article within 48 hours: if your first article is not published within 48 hours of connecting your site (or agreeing to the hosted blog), your first paid month is free.

On schedule, or the month is free: if we do not publish the agreed number of articles in any week, you do not pay for the next month.

Found within 90 days, or we work free: if by day 90 of your paid subscription your dashboard shows no visitor from Google or ChatGPT (Google Search Console clicks or visits from AI tools), we keep working at no charge until the first one arrives. Condition: Search Console stays connected and the articles stay published on your site.

The promises are given as free months or free work, not as cash.
